who is a prominent Korean manufacturer specializing in designing and
manufacturing RF filters & combiners that are used in BTS, has announced

their new development for key components of 5G IBS system.

Mr..JK. Cho said “our main product is a POI(Point of Interface) which enables
operators to share IBS sites and we are supplying 4G POI and filters to Asia

Pacific Market. We have recently developed a couple of 5G filter and POI (Point

of Interface) products:”

He explained that the new product has key features as below

 - 5G Wide band Modular POI with 698~6,000MHz

 - 5G Add-on to combine LTE network

Fora greenfield site, 5G Modular POI can support site-sharing purposes by several
MNOs and 5G Add-on type can solve the issue of how to utilize existing LTE

antenna feeder infrastructure with 5G network.

He expects that the benefits of modular concept is to be still usable in case of spectrum
re-allocation.
